Analyse how the writer sees the personal value in taking a photograph.

The text overall is based on differnces in perspective. For example the all the writers brother sees when he looks at the horizon is “a Tuesday morning.” Which is true but also the most simple and boring way to describe it. The writer on the other hand describes nearly every detail of the tuesday morning “he doesnt see how fast the sun has risen behind the clouds. He doesnt see the way the cotton layers have peeled away to reveal spindles of light straining to brush the grass.” In this quote the writer uses metaphore such as calling clouds “cotton layers” and personifing the “splindels of light” by saying they’re “straining to brush the grass”because obviously light cannot strain or brush something. Through these two quotes the quote the writer shows us how differently two people, siblings in fact, can interpret something as simple as a nice tuesday morning. Later on in the text the writer goes even further to describe the Tuesday morning by saying personifying the houses “the houses wink at me in the orange light” The same houses that that his brother most likely have described as just houses.
